WINTER SMOOTHness BoWL
It’s cold outside but my bod still wants live enzyme #fresh #raw yummies some mornings. Intuitive and seasonal eating is healing and freeing for the body— warming foods are best in winter but it’s great to get in some #live prana baby.
Here’s my latest winter #smoothiebowl obsession: #pomegranate !!!
- Blend healthy fats 1/4 cup #organic sunflower
seeds with 1 tbsp fat burning #coconutoil, 3 tbsp omega #chia seeds GEL with 1 frozen banana
+ 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, @e3livecanada 1 frozen cube, splash Madagascar vanilla and a sprinkle of real Ceylon blood-sugar lowering cinnamon.
- Top with #perservativefree @terrabreads granola and Pom seeds! Yummmm. Enjoy
